Whether you'd like to sit on your deck listening to the rippling river
while the sun sets, or be awakened with the copper glow of the eastern sunrise over the Continental Divide, or be right next to the pool, hot tub, and clubhouse amenities is completely up to you.

Our Waterfall Lots are situated around a breathtaking waterfall, pond, and community entertaining area. These lots are nearest the pool, hot tub, game room, spa, and other amenities of the clubhouse, and have peek-a-boo views of the river. These larger cabin and lots start at $399,900. There are four lots directly facing the waterfall, which can only accommodate the 1200 square foot cabins, these smaller cabins and lots start at $379,900.
Our Pondview Lots are another great value. These larger cabin and lot packages all look across one of the fly fishing ponds toward the dramatic eastern hills, spectacular sunrises, and the Continental Divide. The early morning and late evening light cascaded on the layers of mountains is breathtaking. These also start at $399,900.
Our rarest, and most sought after lots are the Riverfront Lots. We only have a few of these spectacular lots left, with the Gold Medal waters of the Fraser River running so close, you could almost fish from your deck. From each of these lots, you see the panoramic views of the hills to the west and the dramatic view of Byers Peak to the south, with no one looking back across the river at you (except possibly a few deer). Only a few of these cabin and lot packages remain, starting at only $449,900. Two premium lots, Lot 19 and Lot 26, with the larger cabins, are priced at $459,900.
Once you have selected your lot, you'll want to select the floor plan that best suites your lifestyle and makes the most of your views. We have three beautiful floor plans to choose from: The Trout Cabin, The Bear Cabin, and The Moose Cabin. All of our cabins are a very efficiently designed, energy efficient 1150-1250 square feet. The Trout and Bear both have three complete suites, while the Moose has a larger living area with two bedrooms and two and a half baths.
